White Tea

White tea is rarer, only the tops of the Camellia Sinensis tea plant are picked, i.e. the not yet blossomed top leaves of the first new tea shoot in the spring. These buds can only be picked once a year. White tea has a very mild taste, has many beneficial effects and is said to work on the elasticity of the skin.

INFUSION 3 min TEMPERATURE 80° C

You can avoid a bitter taste by not exaggerating in quantity, a level teaspoon per cup, spring water and respecting the temperature.
